It has been a very busy last few weeks but a very happy ending to a great year selling homes.  2 happy buyers closed on thier new homes in  Odessa and Lutz and also helped 2 Sellers successfully sell thier homes for fair market value, one of which was a successful short sales in Ballantrae Land O Lakes.
